The image shown isn't a 41R4493. It's an earlier model that doesn't include the rectangular slim tip. The Amazon seller I purchased from was actually able to deliver a real 41R4493 with the modern larger round and rectangular tips, so I can charge a full range of current Lenovo laptops and USB-powered devices.

Very pleased with this. To other prospective buyers: verify with vendors exactly which version they are selling.

[edit to add] Tested briefly with a T420, X1 Yoga, and Yoga 260.

Nice small size and I like the indexing mark on the connectors for making it easier to plug it in correctly. I bought this for the DC-Dc converter part of it and that part does not work (no power goes through it to either the 20V or 5V attachments when it is connected through a cigarette lighter plug. The AC part does work just fine. It took me more than 30 days to figure this out, so I am out of luck with returning it.

Pricey but worth it

This proved to be the best value option for me since it is both a car charger and a charger to plug into the wall. It also comes with a sturdy mesh case which holds everything together. I use this with my Lenovo laptop and it charges it as expected. I also plug in my smart phone via USB adapter and this charges both the laptop and phone quite well. It is pricey, but any car charger for a laptop is in this price range. It's nice to have the option to charge multiple devices in the car or at home with just one charging tool. I recommend it for those who are on the road a lot and need to keep their devices charged.

Doesn't save your space

I have a Lenovo Carbon X1, and I wanted to get a "slim" power adapter to go with such a slim computer. But, this device is very clunky; it has the slim power adapter, two cables that come off both ends, and one of those cables has some other type of converter on it. Then, you have all the attachments. I can see how it'd be useful for an "all in one" charger for your phone, computer, etc., but I just think it's poorly made.

I will return it, since the regular power adapter is just about the same.
