I love this stuff! I enjoy making individual baked custards, with a tablespoon or two of this coconut in each little cup. It's also delicious out of hand. Never too dry or too floppy; the texture is perfect.

I also can vouch for the awesome granola recipe on the package. It's the easiest granola I've ever made, and hands down the best. Two bowls, one pan, bake, cool, and put into a half gallon jar. Easy peasy, get out the milk or yogurt and dig in.

I'll be back for more for sure!

Seriously, these are the best. I think I have to put more characters in my review? I used to snack on these all the time when I worked in a health food store that sold them. Really glad to find them online. A little pricey but worth it.

My favorite coconut snack! The flakes are really pure and the natural, allowing the tasty coconut flavor comes through. They're just moist enough and not too hard (like some of the other coconut flakes I've had). I eat these from a little bowl while watching TV or working with my computer and keep refilling. Also, there's no added sugar, which is a huge bonus.

My only problem now is that I finished the bag too quickly and ran out. I'd have some right now, but there's no more.

I love this coconut! It seems to melt in your mouth and doesn't choke you like other coconut flakes have. I put this in my trail mix and it is a delicate addition to it. I find it easy to eat a pinch when I want some thing crunchy. I am glad Amazon had this available because I live 100 plus miles from a healthfood store and it isn't always available when I do shop out of town. I have purchased this several times and have never been disappointed.

Love these pulverized into coconut cream with the Ninja. Then I put small amounts in plastic ice cube tray, refrigerate, pop out and keep for weeks in baggie in fridge. I low-power-microwave a cube to melt it to spreadable consistency and spread onto toasted slices of coconut bread the Smitten Kitchen blog shared several months ago (someone else's recipe). So delicious with coffee for breakfast.

Hurray: unsweetened coconut without a voyage to Whole Foods

We used to buy this product at Whole Foods when we lived near one. It is difficult to find unsweetened coconut in standard grocery stores. This is the best we have found so far. Whole Foods' price might have been cheaper but Amazon is pretty good at offering deals if you pay attention. IOW, don't wait until you run out.

These are great! I've been buying them for months. Large flakes that you can break down if you want. I add them to my oatmeal each morning along with dried fruit and nuts. I'm going to try using them this fall when making various cookie and cookie bars.
