Full of the truth of God to combat the lies we believe

This is a great little book. It's an easy read, and it is full of the LAUGHABLE ASSUMPTIONS behind the lies Satan tells us about ourselves. The point is when you really read the lies, and the assumptions behind the lies, you'll see how ridiculous and contrary their are against the truth of what God really thinks and says about us, and for that matter, even positive psychology and good self-esteem. After you get a handle on how negative these are the author gives you the truth, positive changes you can speak and read to combat the lie. Then simple things you can do and believe to overcome these lies. Finally the author gives you a mall Declaration to Renew Your Mind, easy, short, exactly to the point, and you can declare the truth of God and all this on just two short pages for each lie. They may not all apply to you, but everyone of them you can gleam some nuggets of gold. I would highly recommend having this book as a reference book for those "bad" days we all have and just to lift yourself up when your feeling a bit overwhelmed with life. I wish I would have had something like this years ago.
And remember to LAUGH AT THAT. Really laugh, no matter how much it hurts. Laughter is the best medicine you will ever have to take!
