A book that can save your life!
on November 10, 2013
A portion of the book is an alphabetically classified section of most of the common diseases and many less common diseases with a large paragraph telling you about the vitamins, minerals, nutrients, strategies to cure that specific disease. For example, let's say you are suffering from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) like I was, you look in the Index for "Hypoglycemia" and go to the right page. There you'll find 3 pages on hypoglycemia. First you'll read about what modern medicine tells you to do, to eat a candy bar and drink apple juice, but Dr. Wallach tells you to avoid this and tells you the real actual cause of hypoglycemia, a deficiency of the minerals: chromium and vanadium. Then he tells you to take a combination of B vitamins, chromium, vanadium, avoid alcohol, take zinc, betain HCL, pancreatic enzymes. He will explain to you that eating sugar causes a 300% increase loss of chromium in the urine making your hypoglycemia much worse. You'll learn that every time your blood sugar drops and you rush to eat carbohydrates or sugar to make your blood sugar return to normal, you're making your disease much worse because you're loosing that precious chromium.
I feel that there were some health strategies that may be missing when he talks about the recommendations for vitamins, minerals, nutrients. For example, I found out that magnesium can also help hypoglycemia and that Dr. Wallach's chromium dosage recommendations for treating hypoglycemia was much too low. I had to take 55 times more chromium than he recommended per day and I wasn't healing without the magnesium. Once you've got Dr. Wallach's opinions, expand your research, you might find out about another vitamin or mineral that can be added to his recommendations that could accelerate your healing.
Also, there are many other diseases, such as cystic fibrosis. This book tells you the exact cure for cystic fibrosis: selenium. If you take selenium, you'll cure your cystic fibrosis.
