As a college senior about to enter the workforce, this book was a must read! This is not another "tips to success" but the hard truth of what it takes to succeed in the workplace. It was a very interesting read and each page had my attention. With a different writing style and how to approach professionalism, Scott has laid out the blueprint for helping young professionals with career-centric life skills.
I'm a senior in college majoring in marketing, so I've read my fair share of business books. This book by Scott Abbott was BY FAR the most interesting. He plays to our age group. There are funny quotes, inspiring quotes, insightful quotes, etc. He uses examples and stories that are relevant and current. It's an easy read with a powerful message and mission. I HIGHLY SUGGEST that all young adults read this book!
Loved the book! As a recent college this book really hit home for me. Built around the principle of "If I only knew then what I know now", it was extremely helpful in preparing me for the real world. I have even went back and suggested this to my past college professors as required reading in their classes. It's an easy read filled with knowledge, inspiration, and enough "pop culture" to keep people of my generation entertained from cover to cover. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to level-up in any aspect of their life. Enjoy!
