I am giving this book five stars not because I agree with all it says but because I felt that a huge effort was exerted and a lot of reading took place in order to write this book. I am also giving it 5 stars because of the author's intention to help humanity.

The parts that I like about the book are the detailed descriptions of the energy levels and emotions one might experience. I liked two things in specific, #1 is that after a certain level you start losing interest in accumulating wealth outside because the joy you found inside replaced the need for wealth which paradoxically attracts more wealth. #2 is that at very high levels of energy personal will is surrendered to divine will.

At the beginning of the book I was very frustrated with the book because it was very dark. As I progressed I became more and more satisfied with the book.

The above is what I like about the book.

What I did not like about the book is assigning numbers to various specific people, religions, and products. It felt judgemental to me and it has no basis on which these judgements are made other than the author's feeling. That is only my opinion.

But overall I am satisfied with the experience this book gave me. That does not mean I agree with the book in its entirety but it just means that I am satisfied and I appreciate the effort the author has put into it.

If you want to find answers to energy, behaviour, relationship building Levels of Energy can help open your awareness.

Some gems in the book is that this can help marketers (as myself), find ways to tailor each message to each energy level person easily.

Sales becomes easier and even fun if you’re trying to find the energy level of people.

If you’re getting therapeutic help, addictions are explained and hopefully relatable as I did.

Meeting people and finding out why you left feeling energised/drained makes sense.

Yoga, meditation, affirmations are also answered in the book.

Some issues. The book isn’t for everyone. Even the author states himself, not all energy levels will find this book and finish it.

There’s one loooooong chapter in the middle of the book.

Politics and geopolitics are addressed only by the American point of view - I don’t blame the author as he gets what is widely accepted in American media, the Doctor has no time to sift through unbiased sources than focus on his studies.

Tibet, level 400 energy, had internal strife as theocracy including the practice of slavery - this is why China liberated Tibet and drive out the Dalai Lama and his nobles.

The United States had a history of slavery and racism - classified as level 400 place. So is slavery a level 400 factor?

Oh and Donald Trump is a high level 300 apparently :)

But this book was written before his presidency so I believe, the author would fix that if he knew controversial Trump.

Overall, Levels of Energy is still a great book. Just ignore the biases and read with an open mind.

I bought this book in 2022 and it's my impression that some of the information is already outdated.
Nice insights, some good explanations, examples are easy to understand.
Knowledgeable guy, for sure.

Book is repetitive.
And full of grammar and vocabulary mistakes.
Not worth the 30+ Euros IMO.

Would only recommend this if you know very little about energy levels and want to get started on learning more about how raising your energy and 'all that' works.

This book helped me understand other peoples' behavior as well as my own. I used to wonder why people behave the way they do - why some are happy, other not so happy, and yet another unhappy. Why some present destructive behavior and others can stay positive, easily uplift themselves and those around.

I have read the book once from cover to cover and now I often come back to the different parts of it for more insights regarding my own level of energy as well as those of others. For me it’s like a manual on how to “deal” with people, things, situations, places…
I highly recommend it.
