Hulk drink powder mixed with almond milk and peanut butter and immediately felt like smash. Hulk think to self, "Hulk like flavor of powder and Hulk like how easy powder mixes with Hulk's favorite ingredients to make delicious breakfast for Hulk." Once again Hulk feel like smash all day long and Hulk muscles grow easier when Hulk become angry. This powder no make Hulk angry. This powder make Hulk happy. Never heard back from Customer Service regarding Certificate of Analysis

I was disappointed when I didn't receive a response from Level's Customer Service when I asked about them supplying me with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) of the ingredients. I'm not interested in their recipe, but I am interested in the amount of protein. Unfortunately, there is still lots of fraud going on in the protein industry and wanted to make sure what I was getting in the way of protein is accurate. So many companies in the past would use Maltodextrin as a cheap filler and not accurately give the true amount of protein per scoop. I hope that is not the case with Levels. It would be nice to have a whey protein supplier that is transparent and posted not only the COA, but also the heavy metals analysis document. I would help promote that company.

I have sought high, low and all places betwixt for a whey protein powder that mixes well, is pleasing to the taste buds and doesn’t create digestive fireworks. In the Levels grass-fed protein I have finally found these three criteria fulfilled.

Mixing: even in a cheap old shaker bottle filled with cold almond juice, this powder requires minimal effort to get into non-gritty solution. I have yet to encounter a glob of unmixed powder that needs chewing.
Taste: the Unflavored version has, when mixed by itself, a sort of whole-milk taste. Though it is quite palatable, it becomes an absolute fricken’ delight when a half-packet of stevia and several drops of organic Madagascar bourbon pure vanilla extract are added (I know that makes it sound like I eat avocado toast every morning, but I really don’t).
Digestibility: I’ve always been somewhat sensitive to high amounts of dairy and whey powders in particular, and even vegan protein powders cause bloating when I consume them quickly. Levels Grass Fed Whey, on the other hand, has had no discernable effect even when I drink it quickly. This is due, I assume, to either the environmentally-synergistic way the cows live and produce, or to the placebo effect. Either way I’m happy.

All in all, I love this stuff. As someone who has recently cut meat consumption by 95% and who needs to maintain protein and amino acid intake, I will continue to buy this Levels product until they stop making it. Or until the government realizes that sustainable, humane farming encourages human health and discourages bloated corporations with formidable lobbying power and makes it illegal.

BEST PROTEIN POWDER I'VE HAD YET (in 20 or so years of lifting weights)

This is far and away the best protein powder I've ever tasted. Not only is it the best tasting, it also has the best ingredients of any powder I've ever seen. There are no scientific named ingredients (ie no xanthan gum, no strange artificial sweeteners, no preservatives, nothing even remotely synthetic sounding or seeming), nothing but the essentials. Also, no whey isolate which, as I understand it, can be harder for the body to metabolize than protein concentrate (which it has!). Also, it's affordable! It's a little more expensive than Optimum Nutrition equivalent sized regular protein powder which is like industry standard but it's not astronomically priced and if you ask me, the increased amount of purity is noticeable and worth the price. Lastly, it has what I think of as the ideal weight to protein ratio per serving. I read somewhere that a protein powder can be judged depending upon how much of one serving is actually composed of protein: so if it's like 50 or 60% protein, it's no good. A decent protein powder should be 70-80% protein. One serving of this is 80 percent protein. You can calculate this by dividing the total amount of protein per serving by the serving size (weight in grams) on the nutrition facts. One serving size is 30g and there are 24g of protein per serving. That is an excellent ratio. So, to sum up:

• Great taste
• no synthetic ingredients
• no whey isolate, just concentrate
• reasonably priced (more than some, less than others)
• ideal ratio of protein to serving size.

I foresee myself buying more of this in the future...

So far, I'm really happy with the powder,it mixes easily and seems to work great. I had some in my breakfast oatmeal before going to the gym. I didn't experience any bloating or jitters from the sugar in my old powders. I ordered the Chocolate Cocoa,but I received the Unflavored. Frankly, I don't have time for returning and waiting for a re order so I just decided to go for it. I mix mine with coffee and in my breakfast oatmeal and so far the taste isn't bad.I'll just have to get creative. The company compensated me with 15% off my next order. I like having piece of mind knowing I'm actually getting what I paid for. Looking forward to better results in the gym too.
