From the manufacturer
The Leviton DZR15 is a Z-Wave enabled 15A tamper resistant receptacle designed for use for most residential lighting and motor applications. A large range of load types are supported including incandescent, halogen and magnetic low voltage, electronic low voltage, fluorescent and motor loads up to 1/2 horse power. The DZR15 is fully compatible with the Wink, SmartThings and Amazon Echo (requires Wink or SmartThings Hub) as well as all other certified Z-Wave controllers.
The low-power radio waves travel easily throughout the walls and floors of your home. The DZR15 is ideal for any residential setting where remote operation of incandescent loads up to 1000W or CFL/LED loads up to 450W is needed.
What is the difference between Vizia RF + and DZC?
If automatic two-way feedback is required, Leviton recommends the Vizia RF + product line, which provides advanced features beyond DZC. DZC must be polled in order to update the status. DZC is not intended to be a stand-alone lighting control system, and thus if zone/scene keypads are desired, Vizia RF + is recommended.

I purchased the outlet to run my outdoor holiday lights on. It worked great, except for the first few lights on the strand. They had a very slight illumination. Not visible during the day, but at night when turned off you could see them. Other reviews have stated that non-LED lights do not have this issue and a work around is to put a non-LED light within the string and the problem would go away. Maybe next year.
It was easy to install and get connected but for the issues that I have had and the price of these things I don't think that I will buy this one again.
