About Lexie Wayne
“I’M A HIGHLY FUNCTIONING PSYCHOPATH, NOT A SERIAL KILLER. THERE’S A DIFFERENCE.” — CAT. A. COMBS
Lexie (OCD Lexie) Wayne grew up in the artistic world. At three years old, she was enrolled in ballet and acting school. She then went to a school for performing arts for the entirety of her schooling.
She learned to dance ballet, contemporary dance, singing, acting, and modelling. Lexie loved each branch she studied and learned her second language quickly, English. She learned it by reading first R.L. Stine and moved on to Stephen King, Jeaniene Frost and Charlaine Harris.
However, throughout all the art she performed, she was missing one that haunted her dreams, writing. When Lexie decided to hang her performance skills behind, she studied graphic and web design, sequential art, digital art, and creative writing, among other classes. That’s when her first novel was born, Mrs. Blackwood.
There is no doubt that Lexie knows many passions. Lexie still loves dancing, ballet and singing! But writing seems to be the calling she loves the most. She gives life to all the possibilities in her head. Lexie wants to create this perfect home and live for characters that go through overwhelming obstacles that make them more human.
Lexie became a professional vampirologist, cryptozoologist, and demonologist. She became the creator of Gothic Bite Magazine, a platform for all indie artists of all fields and a home for all monsters. As for her nerdy side, she studied ufology, astronomy, quantum physics, chemistry and self-certified Batmanologist.
Welcome to a world where monsters and history collide! Welcome, to Lexie’s mind.

“I absolutely adored this Gothic read. The entire story had a very creepy Edgar Allan Poe feel that made the story even more intriguing.” — Kayla Krantz, International Bestselling Author.

“The novel harkens by to Bram Stoker who is appropriately mentioned…The plot is gritty, violent, and even inhumane at times. Bordering on the line of grotesque.” — WORLD OF GOTH MAGAZINE
