Beware: molex wire melted and destroyed $450 graphics card
I used a splitter to power an EVGA 1660 ti graphics card - the card was working fine before using one of these splitters. See the attached image - one of the yellow wires burned and charred black. My graphics card died immediately.Even before this I noticed the low quality of the connectors and pins. The pins are not crimped well and both male and female pins are often pushed out of the connector while mating. Buy higher quality connectors.

Even before this I noticed the low quality of the connectors and pins. The pins are not crimped well and both male and female pins are often pushed out of the connector while mating. Buy higher quality connectors.
