Plenty of room for water cooling. I'm using a Corsair iCue H150i and I could have mounted the radiator/fans on top, bottom, or side vertically, (which I did.) Bottom mounting is the WORST way to do it, as it can trap any air in the pump (bad). I also had room to mount it so the water lines tubes are at the bottom (so any air will stay at the top of the radiator. (In theory it's not supposed to have any air in the system, but in the real world it can't always be avoided during production.) I also mounted it vertically because there's plenty of room to mount fans on BOTH sides of the radiator. I had a few spare case fans so I stuck them on the backside of the radiator for extra cooling. Corsair recommends pulling in outside air through the radiator into the case, which is what I'm doing. I also have 3 fans mounted on the top side to pull the hot air out.
There are compartments on the back side for power supply(s) and/or 2 hard drives. There is also plenty of ways to route wiring top, bottom, and side for good hidden cable management.
So far, the ONLY downside I can see is that you'll have to pay attention to the size of your graphics card, the distance from the motherboard to the front glass. I'm still using my old GTX 1080Ti while waiting for prices to drop from the chip shortage, and there's about an inch to spare. (New RTX 4000 series cards are due out at the end of 2022 that will be much better, and possibly cheaper, than today's choices as of September 2022. Tom's hardware says you'll kick yourself for not waiting.) So anyway, if your card is too large (from motherboard to the glass side), you might need a larger model case, or you could mount it vertically with an optional add on mounting kit and cable riser. Be aware that the cable riser has to be the correct PCiE generation for your motherboard and card; meaning you don't want a Gen 3 riser when you spent all that money for a Gen 4 card and motherboard. Although there are no Gen 5 cards out yet, there are plenty of Gen 5 motherboards, but it seems the companies aren't real excited about producing any because it's currently overkill.
The case isn't exactly portable, with the glass sides and all, and it's a bit heavy even without a bank of hard drives; (mine only has one 2TB SSD.) So it's not ideal for casually carrying around wherever you go.
CD/DVD players don't have any real mounting slots as in older cases, so they would have to be external devices. There is, however, room at the bottom to mount two devices should you want to mount any "portable" hard drives or SSD drives, to stay inside the case. Not sure why you would want to do this but it's there.
I bought this case after debating which way to go for over a week. I saw a build featuring this case on Reddit and, after some research, made the purchase. I expect this to be the last case I need.
Pros-
1) This case is simply gorgeous. I wanted a case that was white inside and out and this delivered. There is black on the interior but subtle; the provided screws, PCI slot covers, and optional SDD trays are all the black you see on the inside after the build is complete. The black that edges the tempered glass panes looks great, as does the metal strip on the front that houses your power button and inputs.
2) Ease of Use is off the charts. The only hardware required to remove the side, front, and top panel are two thumb screws. Those two screws are enough to secure them because of the way that the case is designed but you can be inside making changes in seconds. The larger size of the case allows for plenty of room to work and the removable panels give you angles for getting in components and tools that other cases don't provide; I was able to lay this case on its' back, reach through the top panel behind the motherboard, and support the CPU cooler mount with one hand while I installed the cooler with the other. All of that plus removable drive trays (either thumb screw or push tab), supplied color-matched screws for all needed components, black Velcro for cable organization, etc. make working with this case a snap
3) Component Space and Ventilation. The 011D has fan mounts on the top, bottom, and inside edge leading the motherboard, all of which can hold radiators. If you go straight fans and skip the optional visible SSD trays you can fit 9 individual 120mm fans in with ease. Each fan mounting area comes with an easy-to-remove dust filter, no screwdriver required. If you want to go custom cooling solution you've got ample room for a reservoir. There's room for an EATX board, healthy power supply, and pretty much anything you'd want.
Indifferent Thoughts
-This case begs for internal lighting. I'm planning to add white LEDs but you can go crazy and still benefit from the white interior
-There's no reset button, just power. I don't mind as it makes the front less cluttered but something to be aware of.
-You have no option but to organize and tidy up your wiring, at least on the visible side. Everything stands out because of all the glass so take your time and do it right.
-The case isn't light so if you add a bunch of liquid cooling lift with your legs.
-If you want to do a vertically mounted GPU solution consider stepping up to the bigger 011D case; the optional mount for this model will cover all of your other card slots on the back. May not be a big deal but something to consider.
Cons
1) Documentation is sparse. Most of the case is pretty self-explanatory but I'd have liked some manufacturer recommendations on where they found the best place to have fans pull vs. push.
Summary
I love this case. It's big, it's bold, it's beautiful, and it does the job.

Lian Li's PC-O11 Dynamic is a gorgeous chassis with large tempered glass panel, outstanding water cooling support, and a surprisingly reasonable price tag.
Exterior:
Sharp eye readers will remember that the Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic was awarded 'Best Value PC Case' award at CES 2018. This chassis, designed in collaboration with renowned extreme-overclocker Roman "Der8aur" Hartung, features steel-and-tempered-glass construction, with a brushed-aluminum accent panel. The chassis measures 450 x 275 x 450 mm, is painted black inside and out, and weighs in at just under 10 kg. The top of the chassis is flat and, with the exception of a 5 by 15-inch row of ventilation slots, is featureless. There are no handles, buttons, slots or ports on the top of the PC-O11 Dynamic. The aforementioned slotted vents span almost the entire length of the left-hand side of the chassis, front to back. The right-hand side of the front of the chassis is covered by a brushed aluminum panel that is home to two USB 3.0 ports, microphone and headphone jacks, a power button, and a single USB Type-C port. The majority of the front of the case is covered by a 420 x 220 x 4 mm tinted tempered glass panel. The fact that this chassis is equipped with a full-cover tempered glass side panel isn't anything special, many cases these days have one or more glass panels. But it's the rather ingenious way the tempered glass panels are attached to the case that makes this chassis stand out. The tempered glass panels can only be detached once the top panel has been removed. This is clever design minimizes the possibility of dropping a glass panel during installation or maintenance, and the lack of traditional thumbscrew fasteners gives the PC-O11 Dynamic a sleek and stylish look. Those of you concerned about airflow need only to look at the panel on the opposite side of the case, where you'll find slotted vents, identical to those on the top panel, covering both the front and back of the stamped-steel panel. Just as with the glass panels, the top panel has to be removed in order to gain access for clearing and maintenance. The rear of the chassis is home to eight expansion card slots, a motherboard I/O area in the center, a mounting location for a bottom-mounted PSU, as well as an opening for two 3.5" hard drive slots. The bottom of the case has three filter-covered mounting locations for 120mm fans, as well as four large, rubber-lined plastic feet. The PC-O11 Dynamic features a solid fan filtration system. Every intake fan mounting location in this chassis is equipped with a large washable magnetic filter. Overall, these filters do a good job preventing dirt and dust particles from entering your system.
Cooling:
When it comes to cooling, it is a bit disappointing to discover that the PC-O11 Dynamic doesn't ship with any fans from the factory. Obviously, this can be remedied by the end user, but it would have been nice to see at least one fan included with the case. In total, this chassis can be equipped with up to 9 120mm fans, or a combination of two 140mm and 6 120mm fans. AIOs and radiators up to 360mm can be installed in the top, side and bottom of the chassis. When adding an AIO or Rad in the side mounting location, the Rad can be installed (with fans) in the primary compartment or, for a cleaner look or to make room for other components, the fans can be mounted in the main chamber with the Rad in the secondary chamber.

Actually building in the case was great. It has a lot of room to work in. The back of the case was a bit of a mess for me but that it through no fault of the case or the design. All those fans I have in there have A LOT of cables and it was tough to get all the cables put away but there was still space and I made it work. There is a lot of space back there. If you aren't going for the nine fan build I have, you're gonna have plenty of space for cable management. It fit my two 3.5" HDDs and two 2.5" SSDs perfectly. The brushed aluminum finish on the front is beautiful and the buttons feel great. The case is heavy considering it's basically all metal and glass, but it feels very solid. The rubber grommets are fantastic and didn't slip out on me once and have kept cables in place perfectly.
My only criticism and warning to any potential buyers is to be very, very careful with the glass. It's beautiful, but there isn't any sort of protective coating on the glass itself (aside from the adhesive film that it ships with on the outside of the glass) so it has already suffered a few unfortunate scratches on both the exterior and interior of the main side panel near the bottom despite being handled with a lot of care. There is also an ever so slight crack along the top of the side panel, but its not notable unless I'm looking specifically for it. Even a slight bump seems to scratch this stuff. It really is my only criticism with this case.
I would absolutely recommend this case. It's totally worth the extra you pay for it. I'm quite happy with it!
