I've got my setup as a "pull" (pulling air through the EK SE 360 on the side) and it works really well. Top two fans are exhaust (I tried them as intake and overall temps were worse by about 3-5c). My temps for synthetic CPU and GPU load at same time are about 65c CPU and 52c GPU. Realistically, games and other workloads have them much lower than that (closer to low 50s). I'm only doing the Ryzen Performance Boost Overdrive (nothing too crazy). I guess people who do more hardcore overclocking may need 2 radiators or more.
More information on the specific build is at https://pcpartpicker.com/b/F6jypg. But as far as the case goes the only gripe I have is that the radiator side mounting is a tight fit. Any radiator wider than 120mm will not fit (for example, the EK PE 360 is only 38mm deep but is 130mm wide instead of 120mm and won't fit).
I imagine if you are also doing a top or bottom radiator that it starts to become a tighter fit with tubing. The only inlet / outlet cutouts seem to be at the top of the side mount. I couldn't flip the radiator vertically to have the fittings at the bottom.
Plenty of room in the back to cram cables. I like that you can remove the side drive cage to get some more room. You could also move the PSU to the top location instead if that made more layout sense.
Overall, a great looking case with a unique cooling layout. With the right case lighting it really catches the eye. You don't need much as the the colors really shine off the white backdrop. Photos really don't do it justice.
Over all the case looks absolutely beautiful and well put together and the very mild tint on the tempered glass looks amazing for showing off your builds and custom loops.
I would rate this case a 5 star and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a case for Air and or water cooling and the $130.00 price is a absolute steal.

There is a large hole in the chassis where the bottom of the CPU is located. This would have been an ideal area to fit a 140mm, or even 200mm fan to push cold air across the bottom of the motherboard. Another opportunity missed.
Although it looks like there is plenty of space inside the case you are quite limited on where you can put what...its a binary choice. You can fit it or not fit it.. radiators, distros blocks have limited location choices. Add in pumps and reservoirs , flowmeters and loop controllers, running out of space happens quick and ugly. I'm currently struggling to find a location to fit a small Asus ext fan controller board. ( to control the 2x80mm and 1 x 140mm at the back).
There are some cheap and nasty plastic catches that are begging to fail and yet the glass restraint and locating system is one of the most simple and elegant you will find..
Lian li are one of the better case makers and the Dynamic 011 XL will shift in large numbers. It so nearly works... it's one of the best cases out there and very popular too. But I cant help thinking that for this sort of money, the bugs in the design should not be this obvious.
Only reason I didn’t give a perfect score is because of price. At this price point I would have like to see some fans included or a vertical gpu bracket.
Building in this thing is a breeze, it’s beautiful in every way!
-Lots of fan and radiator options
-tons of cable management room
Looking for a top tier case that’ll last you many years? Look no further
Actually building in the case was great. It has a lot of room to work in. The back of the case was a bit of a mess for me but that it through no fault of the case or the design. All those fans I have in there have A LOT of cables and it was tough to get all the cables put away but there was still space and I made it work. There is a lot of space back there. If you aren't going for the nine fan build I have, you're gonna have plenty of space for cable management. It fit my two 3.5" HDDs and two 2.5" SSDs perfectly. The brushed aluminum finish on the front is beautiful and the buttons feel great. The case is heavy considering it's basically all metal and glass, but it feels very solid. The rubber grommets are fantastic and didn't slip out on me once and have kept cables in place perfectly.
My only criticism and warning to any potential buyers is to be very, very careful with the glass. It's beautiful, but there isn't any sort of protective coating on the glass itself (aside from the adhesive film that it ships with on the outside of the glass) so it has already suffered a few unfortunate scratches on both the exterior and interior of the main side panel near the bottom despite being handled with a lot of care. There is also an ever so slight crack along the top of the side panel, but its not notable unless I'm looking specifically for it. Even a slight bump seems to scratch this stuff. It really is my only criticism with this case.
I would absolutely recommend this case. It's totally worth the extra you pay for it. I'm quite happy with it!
Edit- I managed to fix the rgb by cutting the ribbon wire near the end in half. The connectors were frayed, so I cut off that bit, and there was enough remaining to connect it still. It's way better looking now, and I'm surprised how much having the correct colors improves my appreciation for the RGB.
The case doesn't come with screws dedicated for fans or liquid cooler radiators, which is strange and inconvenient. If you use its 3.5" HDD screws, the fans/radiator can hang from the top but that allows the fans/radiator to slide freely. When the fans do spin up, that makes vibration noise -- fans need to be tightly secured to the case that is as inflexible as feasible. And this is just the opposite.
That said, Replacement arrived before I even had the time to ship the default one which probably excuse the first order I guess!
Like I expected now, my own Lian Li 011 Razer Edition PC Case. Now let’s shove that Ryzen 7, 5700XT Sapphire NITRO + in there 😁
It has a ton of space for cable management. The only thing bad i have to say is that if you want to pick up the case to move it, ita not easy since there are no space between the floor/table and the bottom of the case so fingers cant go under. When i received the case the side panel has a squared shaped spot full of scratches, except for that im enjoying the case
También apuntar que la caja es excelente, tiene espacio de sobras para lo que le quieras meter y, con una configuración correcta de ventiladores, un excelente flujo de aire para ser una caja estéticamente "bonita".
