We ordered two sets of these hurricane glasses and, just as in other reviews, one of the eight arrived broken. They were packaged well in the Amazon box and in the product's box, so it's not due to any negligence. These are, for all intents and purposes, stemmed glasses and one of them broke where the glass meets the stem, which is the weakest part of the glass and just kind of happens sometimes. It's something to be aware of if you're ordering these for a party and need a specific number. Try to order ahead of time if possible.

Other than potential shipping hassles, these glasses are great. The 14.5 oz size matches my hurricane pour really well. The quality of the glass is very good for what you paid for (because, seriously, these are less than $20 and you can't expect Stueben glassware for that price). And since you're usually going to be pouring some high ABV rocket fuel tiki drinks in these, you won't feel as bad when you drop one.

Seemed like it was not even handled carefully, The one that was intact seemed very sturdy and felt as if it takes a bit of force to break off. Returned....hopefully I get my money back fast to order from their direct site. Glasses are very nice and deserve 1 star. Cheaper price on their main website.

Let me start by saying that the glasses are not the issue. If I could find them in the store I would totally buy them. The problem is with this particular seller.

I ordered these glasses as a Christmas gift. When they arrived 1 glass was broken (the bottom of the stem has cracked off). I thought that it was just a fluke so I packaged it back up, returned the broken set, and ordered another. Well, my new box arrived with the exact same problem. Either they didn't bother to check the box and sent it right back to me or all of them have this problem. Either way, I am totally disappointed because I can't find these glasses in a store.

I posted the review for these glasses on wrong ones, Poco grande were beautiful and intact. 2 of the 4 of these were broke at stem, husband fixed with E 6000 glue, will make nice vases, we only needed 2.

I love these glasses! I bought them for a friend as Christmas gift. Unfortunately, on the first attempt, I never received my package because these glasses broke while being shipped and were sent right back to Amazon before I got them and was given a refund. On my next attempt, I got them in perfect condition the day after Christmas. They seem pretty sturdy, so the box must have been bounced around quite a bit. Just as other reviewers have warned, make sure you buy these with plenty of buffer time, because accidents do happen. Other than that, I definitely recommend these glasses.

Glasses were delivered within the PRIME member time frame but I was very dissappointed that one of the four was broken. I can't afford to return the package because I needed these glasses ASAP for my candle making business and I can't find piña colada glasses anywhere!! Otherwise I would have returned immediately. Needless to say....a bit dissappointed in that regard.

Since zero stars isn't an option, I had to settle for one. The glasses were completely shattered by the time they got to my door, glass was everywhere in the box, even scratching other items I had ordered. The box of glasses were just sitting in another oversize shipping box, there was no bubble wrap or packing materials, so it isn't a surprise that everything was broken. The good thing was that Amazon completely refunded my purchase; great customer service!
