I have been interested in Self-improvement for several years and most of what I learnt is in this book created new ideas for me to use and engrained other ideas I already have.
You will be grateful you have read this book, seriously.
I own three copies of this awesome short read book. I love Peter McWilliams. I have one I keep in my office. One in my home and one I lend out to my patients, after reading, we have a discussion. It certainly covers a lot of things that people don't get in school or from their parents. Consider it kind of a second parent. :)
