Each section is loaded with great questions in workbook format, great insights for action, and good thought provoking quotes.
I have already used a lot of the ideas in this book in my personal life, and in coaching people in their relationships, in life balance, and goal setting. I highly recommend this workbook for anyone who wants to improve their own life, and the lives of others for the better. I will be coming to this resource again and again for years to come.
With some revisions and editing, this book has potential, but needs quite a bit of work.
A therapist not used to helping a client set goals and manage time might find the book helpful. This book won't be as beneficial if you already have experience with that, or if your client is struggling with deeper identity issues. For the client I referenced, we found the book "Now, Know Your Strengths" a good ploace to start.
It doesn't matter if you're a life coach or not, if you want to grow you should read this book.
by Tony Stoltzfus before I ordered this book. I recommend it over this one. There is some value in this book, of course, but it is not the best choice in terms of content and overall quality (it needs to be more carefully edited).
