Takes the pain out of my calves. I have lyme disease and my body aches through the night. Sometimes i wake up in pain and spray this on my legs and it does wonders. My two favorite topical pain treatments are this and In Motion hemp cream. I also take boswella internally. This regimen makes it possible for me to function. It took a very long time for me to figure this out, so I hope this info helps someone.
I had a lyme disease for 15 years and never was diagnosed until recently (some doctors would rather refer to a psychologist than test for a cause of the symptoms they report. Yeah i MUST be imagining it! Jerks).
Anyway.. this stuff works better than the other brand i tried, which made my skin itch even with a small amount. This brand only itches if you spray a lot.

After carefully looking into which magnesium oil would be the best option I decided to try this one. A lot contain so much water it seemed that it would be so diluted I wondered if it would help. Years of over the counter topical creams, muscle rubs, etc...were all falling short of relief. 1 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Since then I've been trying to find the most natural, non pill way to deal with some of the aches and issues I live with on a daily basis.In comes Magnesium oil. I was skeptical at first, but after using this oil (yes I followed the directions on the bottle cause I had no clue how to use it) I used 4 sprays on my right hip which is one of the toughest spots for me to manage the pain. It did sting a bit, but nothing unbearable and within about 10 min my hip was pain free!! The relief lasted sever hours and I used it again and on a few other achey spots ankles, shoulders and above my knees...amazing!!! I am now a believer that Life-flo Pure Magnesium Oil is exactly what it claims to be! Pure and helpful and I can say without a doubt I am so glad to have found this and it will now live on my bed side stand and be a part of my maintenance must haves!!
