Virtually all readers will relate to the term "LifeQuake", as we've all experienced them. But how many of us struggle to make sense of what is happening? I certainly have.
Over the years, I have delved into science, religion, psychotherapy, mysticism, existential philosophy, modern medicine, and more, looking for answers. Although useful, none of them are complete. What makes the LifeQuake Miracle special is that it weaves together all these types of learnings and life experiences but with the common thread of our own life cycles. We build up our identities, each time thinking, "this is it!" But there's always something more that we did not see or anticipate. And sometimes it's delivered in the form of a LifeQuake.
This book filled in so many pieces, giving me the ability and perspective to (finally) get out of my own way with confidence and cooperate with the cycles.
I applaud Dr. Galardi for being a very disciplined writer. Foremost, she resists the urge to frontload or simplify the framework in the introduction or first chapter. In our time-starved age, we're always looking for short cuts. Having read the whole book, I now fully appreciate that such a summary would have been counterproductive. There's simply no cliff-note version of what Dr. Galardi is trying to convey. My own summary is written on the back two pages of the book, which I created as I read. It's especially valuable to me because I created it. That's the way this book is designed to work.
Finally, this book is by no means a biography, but by the final chapter, Dr. Galardi has revealed enough about herself to communicate that we are all on the same journey. This is one human helping another. There's a lot to digest in this book, and some may not accept all of it. But there's no doubt the author is being fully authentic. This challenges the reader to be brave enough to do the same.
in the book, Dr. Galardi talks a lot about divine coincidences. If you are reading this review, take the hint. You won't regret it.
