I highly recommend this workbook for parents, singles... and creative types (which is everyone). This workbook can serve as a jumpstart to initiate change or to recommit to being the best version of yourself. The chapters are laid out in a way that's fun (so boredom is not a possibility) and easy to follow. You can several chapters a day or make it a daily project until you get to the end.
"Ask... Try... Do" is my new motto!
Fascinated by life-long self-directed learning myself, Lisa gleans insight into what it takes to be a proud lifelong learner.
