***After 1st Week***
After using it for 1 week I would give this 6 stars if I could. I did end up buying the Bluetooth adapter directly from Lifespan so that I could sync my workouts with my Samsung. It is really quiet and feels like cross trainers i have used at the gym. My only compliant thus far was moving it around. We have plush carpet and the wheels sunk down in the carpet when you tilt the back up to roll forward which was OK, but then once we got it on the rubber protective mat the mat would bunch, which we just ended up picking up each corner and straightening the mat.
***After 1st month***
I actually look forward to my workouts on this! It is quiet, so I can watch TV with no issues and it disturbs no one. It is rock solid and very, very smooth. Well worth every penny!
Still using regularly...still quiet and solid...couldn't be happier with this purchase.
***1 year later***
still being used 3-4 days per week, no issues
Overall, I love exercising on this elliptical, I've had it for about a month and I haven't experienced any issues with the performance. It sits high so I feel like I'm on a stair stepper machine-it works my thighs and calves really well. I haven't downloaded the fitness app to store my exercises yet. This is a great alternative to jogging or other high impact workouts. Your knees and joints will thank you later!
My only MINOR disappointment is that the E2i version doesn't track your distance. As a result, you have to figure out how to convert your strides into miles.
I paid extra for the assembly AND It was worth it (FYI the techs don't move the equipment after assembly)! As others have stated, the base is extremely heavy. I needed another person to come help me place the base in the proper location prior to the assembly techs arrival.
I was disappointed in the delivery company. The deliverer told me that they are only supposed to place the machine at the base of the driveway??? This elliptical weighs over 200Ibs!!! I was able to persuade him to bring it inside of the garage but he left the crate that it was on so it difficult parking inside of my garage. I've never heard of a delivery company refusing to bring merchandise inside of a home????
