The maps outlined in this book were very through, in terms of describing the processes we all go through as we travel on our journey through life. Although the concepts make you think, I mean really assess yourself, it's written in clear English. Unlike some texts, there's no need to keep the dictionary by your side, as you read it. I also love the quotes in the margins, the authors did a good job matching them with the subject matter.
