Product description
Take your body weight suspension workouts to the next level with the Jungle Gym XT featuring the split anchor design, two non-scuff door anchors and two strap end adjusters. Lifeline's revolutionary Jungle Gym XT lets you use your own body weight as a means of resistance for improving endurance and overall strength. Body weight exercises, such as those done with the Jungle Gym XT, demand more flexibility and balance than other exercises, and they result in improved health and fitness. Body weight resistance training also improves your proprioception - your ability to sense the position of your body and limbs in space - resulting in better sports and training performance.
The unique split anchor design allows users to quickly and easily adjust the forces on the body by changing the width of the system. With this versatility, you can perform a countless number of exercises while targeting more specific muscle groups and improving core strength, flexibility and muscular power.
The Jungle Gym XT secure and adjustable buckle allows for quick change of strap length from 16” for chin-up/pull-up to 8’ feet for movement between exercises and positions. The ergonomic handles also incorporate an Easy-In Foot Cradle made from a non-slip comfortable rubber material. It also includes an integrated cinch loop attachment with door anchor which allows easy, safe, non-scuff connection to doors, Lifeline Metal Wall Mounts, bars or tree limbs.
Great for all fitness levels because resistance can be increased or decreased by simply changing your body positioning to increase or decrease gravity. Its flexible design can be easily adjusted to create hundreds of different compound exercises that teach body control, thereby enhancing core stability and strengthening the stabilizer muscles that prevent injury and improve physical coordination and balance.
Includes: Two industrial suspension straps (8 feet each); Two integrated easy-wipe handles and easy-in foot cradles; Two comfortable inline adjustment buckles; Two non-scuff door anchors and two strap end adjusters; One Non-Scuff Duro-Link Anchor

When I first set it up I discovered that one side slips so freely it doesn't hold my weight even for relatively light inverted rows. So I tied that side off and used it while I contacted the manufacturer. Well, no one answers the phones there, and they still haven't returned my message, 2 weeks later. The other side started to slip after 2 weeks of use when I got a little stronger and lowered the handles to make the row more aggressive/heavier. (There is even another review where the latch completely released the strap and dumped the user.) I only weight 160, and I never used my full body weight....it shouldn't matter anyhow. A piece of equipment that is supposed to hold the full weight of an actively exercising adult should just never slip like that under any circumstances.
I'm returning this for a refund...no second chances. The TRX Duo also has split straps, and for $25 more than this thing cost I got the Duo direct from TRX with free shipping and a 5 year warranty. The Duo is made from much more solid materials...metal buckles instead of plastic latches. As for this thing, you might get lucky and get a good one, but to me it doesn't seem worth the risk. Be sure to read some of the negative reviews before you decide. And be careful. I think this thing is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Do take a walk around your home and assess where you could put it up and have room to workout. In my home, there was no door that met safety specifications and had enough room, so we installed heavy duty ceiling brackets in a spot that was better suited to our needs. That has worked great for us, aside from the grips wearing out.
I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 solely for this annoyance. Seems a better design would be SO easy for them to implement.
It's very well built and to summarize the differences:
Pros for JGXT:
1. Plastic handles are easier to clean than foam TRX as well as less likely than the foam to tear under use.
2. Dual attachments points allows you greater flexibility to change width for different effects or to spread the weight load. TRX uses single anchor spot
3. Easy to get into and out of.
Pros for TRX:
1. Easier to flip around without removing feet (push to pull exercise) if you superset your workout
2. resale (if that matters) due to name
