Okay, I am impressed! Life's About To Get Good is classic Shania. I think she has a smart son to tell his mom to go with this song as the first single as she has pointed out. I can't wait for the rest of the album. I know it was hard to wait after all these years, but I think it was worth it. I am, and always have been, a big fan. As I watched her perform it on the Today Show, it almost seems like she never left the spotlight as I watched the performance.

I might add, that it would seem Shania's music hasn't drifted very far from her old base. True, it's a new era for her, but I think her appeal on this album will be widespread, especially when you add in the videos. We know she has a fantastic ability to touch all the bases with her videos.

I would highly recommend Shania's new album "NOW" and the first cut Life's About To Get Good to any true Shania fan. This song has all the heart and soul we have come to expect from a Shania song.

Shania's Fresh New Start!

A fresh new start! Shania Twain's NEWEST single is very impressive! Twain has not released a new album since 2002's UP! Due to personal situations in her life, Twain has not been in the spotlight much....a very painful divorce from her producer and manager John Robert "Mutt" Lange really put a hurt spot on Twain's personal and professional life, but over the last few years, Twain has hinted that a new album would be due out when she was ready, and coming September 29th, Shania will be releasing her highly anticipated album entitled Now, the leading single really has gotten some views on Youtube, though it is not an official video, VEVO basically has the track with a stunning picture of Twain, and so far the video has reached nearly 1 million views since the release on June 15th of this year. The single is very uplifting and has no hint of her past sounds with "Mutt Lange", which is really one of the most positive things about this single...it does not have a country die hard sound but yet does not feel like a pop track, it kind of just leans on the border of both pop and country. The lyrics are so uplifting and inspiring and Twain really sounds refreshed vocally. The song does make you want to play it over and over, and it even gets you in a massive mood to dance. I for one say welcome back Miss Shania Twain, you certainly have been missed and I am sure I with many others are looking forward to the album

The wait is coming to an end... FINALLY!!!

I have been waiting for this moment for so long! I have been a lifelong Shania fan! So i was nervous for this moment as well. Since her divorce from Mutt, i listened with an open mind. When the winter Olympics commercial came out with this song, the very little i heard, got stuck in my head! So from that moment i knew i would like it! And i do! I haven't stopped listening to it. Shania did an amazing job on her own! I am so proud of her and excited to hear the rest!!!! We have to remember as fans that we need to expect something different now. New producer, new experiences for her. I didnt expect a too country sound. Shania has always wanted to be genre less... she has said this since Up! I do believe. So dont expect a country or pop sounding deal. She's very it between which is perfect! Who needs genres anyway?!
