The centerpiece of the appliance is the 5-1/4-by-5-1/2-inch marshmallow-roasting grill, which runs on a 2-6-ounce can of chafing fuel, such as Sterno (chafing fuel not included). The grill includes a burner for the fuel, as well as a handle and a snuffer to extinguish the flame. A lazy susan base holds the grill as well as the thick white ceramic containers for the graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows. Casa Moda also includes four roasting forks and a clear set of instructions. A fun item to pull out for late-night snacking or movie marathons, the unit is highly functional if not terrifically stylish. It also beats a bonfire in your living room. The S’mores Maker works on a similar concept as a fondue, using canned chafing fuel as the heat source for roasting the marshmallows.   Proper Care & Cleanup
  1. When s’mores making is complete, extinguish the flame by sliding the snuffer completely forward so that the central burner opening is completely closed for 5 seconds.
  2. Allow the S’mores Maker surface to cool completely before washing, about 30 minutes or when cool.
  3. Wash the grill top by hand using warm water and a non-abrasive cleanser. Do not use a scouring pad. Towel dry.
  4. Wipe the burner with a damp cloth or sponge and towel dry. If necessary, wash by hand using warm water and a non-abrasive cleanser. Do not use a scouring pad.
  5. Marshmallow forks, ceramic tray and griller are dishwasher safe or may be hand washed with a non-abrasive cleanser.
