I didn't so much care for the few spots from Bonita and Angelo's point of views. I dislike them both, no matter what happened. Of course, there are no words for Bonita. She just leaves me speechless. WTH is all I can think when Bonita does anything.
Asima is as fun as always! She has spunk! The other introductions to new characters were fun too. They only added to the complexity of the plot. I still enjoy Jan as well! Pietro wasn't as prevalent, but he's still a great guy for Jan.
Gabriel! Gah!!! No words. He's sexy, caring, and vicious when in protection mode. Okay, enough about the smexy angel.
The plot was beautifully written. I was enthralled while reading this conclusion to the trilogy. Every detail was crafted to perfection. There wasn't one thing I would change about Light of Dawn.
Overall, this trilogy is a fantastic read. I highly recommend this author, Komali Da Silva. This book gets five glittery stars for being pure amazingness!
I needed a box of tissue to read the first half of Fight for Dawn. Hate to inform you. Keep the box handy for this final book in the Dawn trilogy.
With this book I now love Dawn! The girl is now strong and ready to fight for her loved ones and humanity. She has spirit and strength. She isn’t backing down from the challenge no matter how many demons get in the way. Dawn is now a super hero.
My heart broke a little more with Angelo. I’ve read about fallen angels, but never burnt angels with dark magic clutching their soul. Fortunately, he gets his redemption.
Gabe made me smile. The angel must have been made of stone (you have to read ALL THREE books to understand). He definitely deserved this book’s ending.
I wasn’t a hundred percent thrilled with this story’s end. But, villains got their reward and there’s an HEA (happily ever after). Can’t go wrong with that!
The second book 'Fight of Dawn' we meet the hottest edition and the role of Gabe, who went to know on the trip to Italy, both of these first books are fantastic full of emotional ups and downs, with heart tugging events however 'Light of Dawn' is no let down in fact quite the opposite.
'Light of Dawn as before has strong emotions but is not sexually explicit, and even though its packed full of action I wouldn't say the violence is unnecessarily graphic.
I found the writing fantastic and gripping I just could not put it down. A lot of the ongoing, if buts, and maybes are all thrown together in this book which makes it ...... wow and the unanswered is monumentally final now . I love the way the book switches between the characters point of views so you get the bigger picture about exactly what going on.
Dawn and the support and guidance of Gabe and their friend and family finally finds her inner strength that keeps getting knocked by events, she embraces and learns to control who she is and what shes become and the what and the why and of course the purpose of getting a grip.Read more ›
