All three adapters did not allow sound out of both headphones. I tried with different sets of headphone besides Apple. After giving in, I used one of the adapters for a week listening out of the left headphone only. At the end of the week, the wire separated from the weight of the configuration (I am guessing). I only used when walking around, never during exercise.

Make sure you test them out right when you get them… I waited too long and now it’s too late to return them…. It’s better to just get the Apple aux cord to save yourself from disappointment.
