I have done a few different mystery boxes with my now 21 y/o daughter, and I have really enjoyed spending time together at something we both enjoy. We are both NPH fans so this seemed like a good fit.
We finished the game in two days ( if you know you know) and had a great time with clues and the video portions. I have never seen so much packed into so little. High quality throughout.
Can’t wait to give him money for the next version.

This game is more than it seems, but no one is saying what it is because it spoils the fun! Just buy it, it's worth it!

I love tit's a game for just one person. I have autism spectrum disorder (aspergers) and don't really enjoy group activities, and I'm bored most of the time. This game was perfect for me, it wasn't hard, but it was so much fun, it's been a long time since I had fun like this. I really hope to see a Box Two one day! I already bought another box to give to an uncle who also has aspergers, hopefully he'll enjoy it as much as I did!

4.5 stars - Overall quite a good game. Solid quality of the pieces inside, puzzles average difficulty with great surprises. Minor things that keep it from a full 5 stars: some of my puzzles were revealed a little early, because when the box gets shipped it wiggles a bit and things don’t always stay aligned correctly. Also had to look up some of the trivia; I personally don’t enjoy puzzles where anyone couldn’t solve it based purely on reasoning as opposed to knowing a niche fact. Still had a wonderful time and would highly recommend though!

I do a lot of escape rooms and code riddled games and this one just did not hold up. It was too fast, too easy and the variety of puzzle types was lacking. Once you knew how to do something, you'd just repeat the same steps for the next six puzzles. The trivia part was clever, but too short. If you're a seasoned player of similar type games, I would skip this one personally. It had cool hidden elements but they could all be spotted pretty easily by a keen eye. I will say I loved a few of the items included which also means I don't want to rebox it to give to someone else unfortunately. Overall just not impressed for the amount of money needed to play. A cheaper and more elaborate game is the Blackbrim series that you can definitely play on your own. Cheers!
