I don't usually post reviews and this one is more for Amazon than the product, because if you're buying it, you already know how good it is. It's early spring and it's starting to get HOT. They shipped it in a box fully encapsulating the Lindt with foam and Polar Tech refrigerant packs to keep it from melting! I am truly touched by the attention to detail. Well done.

I read the melting issue from other reviewers but took the risk to order as a Xmas gift for my son - he loves this stuff. How could they box perhaps already melted pieces? It has been cool the last few days in Florida, cannot be because of the hot weather. Photo shows close-up of melted pieces. Am very disappointed.

Better than I expected!

Let me start by saying this is already the second time I've ordered these chocolates and I do not regret either purchase. I am absolutely in love with these chocolates! I can personally say these arrived not only on time but they were very well packaged. It is currently the cold season which is around when I usually order them since I read during the hot season they are shipped with ice packs. So no I've packs needed and I didn't have to worry about them melting so that's a plus for me. They were not crushed and they weren't spoiled either, they actually have 8 more months before they expire which is 8 months from when this review is being posted. They did not have an outer white layer as others have complained about. So it's hard to depict which reviews are real and which reviews are competitors or just plain people who want free candy or a refund. Kinda sad I would happily spend more of my hard earned money on these candies and I did, almost 40$ worth every time I order these. Expect me to come back and review next year these are simply fantastic!!
