I love how this works for multiple materials and is a good glue. I just don’t like how as PVA it’s a once and done and you better be on the spot the first time. There’s no play with it as it dries fast and gives no wiggle room to adjust your materials to line them up.

Ordered this glue to repair some vintage hardcover books. Many had outside spines that had started to separate from the book due to dryness...and age. I didn't want to go crazy doing "professional" repairs, as the books are really only valuable to me, but wanted to prolong their life and readability. This product did exactly what I wanted it to do. Applied to spines, rubber banded in place overnight and all was good. Easy water cleanup and dries clear. My only complaint and reason for 4, not 5 stars, is the application bottle. Worked great the first time but it keeps getting clogged after use, even with cleaning after use. I have to run hot water and a paper clip through the hole to open it up each time. It's just as easy to open cap and dip a brush in or pour small amount into a small container, if you can work that way. Don't know what the solution would be. Still overall a good product that I will continue to use and would order again.

Used this to seal the edges of a speaker cone/foam surround repair. Dries clear and remains flexible. Product is fairly thin from the bottle but you can always add a drop or two of water, to reasonable amount of adhesive, if you need it a little thinner. This could also be used to seal an entire paper speaker cone. This is much more economical than buying a little 1oz bottle of speaker repair pva and it's the same thing. This is not elmer's glue.

I bought a book on amazon and the binding was so terrible. Papers were falling out and I decided I should rip a little of the binding off (1st picture) so then I decided to get this product. It feels like glue, and it didn’t come clumpy or anything like that. I still didn’t think it would do the trick, but I held it in place with the glue for a couple of minutes and then let it sit on its spine standing up, and i came back to it a little later. It did the trick. I bent the spines and the pages and played with it a lot and it feels like it won’t rip open anymore. Love love love

Seems more flexible than wood or paper glue

So far, so good! It goes on like Elmer's Glue, so I expected it to harden when dried--and possibly crack or peel like Elmer's when it dried. But not so. It actually feels more flexible when dry than wood or paper glue.

I applied glue down the inside of the spine where sections of pages had torn away, smooshed it tightly with heavy books, and left it to dry for two days. When I peeked, it looked like it was holding fast! So I secured the front cover to the first page with a single strip of proper book tape down the inside seam. Then put another strip of tape on the seam inside the back cover. It looks like it's holding very well! As long as the threads binding the sections of pages hold, this looks like it did the job!

I wish it had come in a smaller bottle. I have a lot left over. Maybe my local library can use it?

I used this glue it for repairing several old books. It performed exactly as expected. It has a moderate viscosity, easy to apply, it dries quickly but not too soon, it does not have any significant odor, and the excess can be cleaned easily with a cloth. Made in USA. I would recommend using a brush for more accurate application. You will have to wash that brush with water quickly before it stiffnesses. I cannot opine so far on the durability or coloring with time, but I hope the glue performs as expected. I recommend this product.

Be careful of your climate

This is my favourite bookbinding glue, I never use anything else because I love it so much. I would say the price is definitely reasonable for the quality.
However!! Before when I bought this glue, I got it personally from a store, but this time around I couldn't find it so I decided to order online. I ordered it in January and I live in Canada so it's usually very cold at that time. I figured it would be fine but when the glue arrived **the consistency was actually noticeably thicker** and harder to spread than the other times I had bought this glue.
Since it's the exact same brand and everything I really do think it was the cold that messed with it. You aren't supposed to freeze the glue so I hope it didn't freeze in the truck or whatever without me knowing. Anyways **the glue is definitely still usable** but since it's a pretty big bottle I'm kind of sad this happened. Be careful of your climate when you order this and don't be dumb like me.
