The only thing that could improve this book is an active table of contents for quick navigating. But, even without the active TOC, these pithy tidbits of an experienced troubleshooter are a wonderfully entertaining and informative guide.
If you need troubleshooting tips, tricks, do's and do not's this is a great place to start.
As the author points out, this book may not hit just right for everyone, but it certainly did for me. He avoid the typical dry IT manual, and also avoids a long list of things your could Google, and he adds incite from his experience and yes, even humor.
Thanks Mr. Lawrence. Now to write my fan fiction of this books about "Raiders of the Printing Network" about the home life of 'Bit Bandit' Monkeys gone very bad?
