I've had lions mane before and they really worked..it's been a while so I thought I'd just buy some from Amazon and found this which seemed quite potent! Lol it's almost unbelievable/a miracle feeling 😅 and it's not a placebo! I totally forgot I took the capsule and was wondering why my thoughts were so good. It promotes hippocampal neurogenesis, which is amazing! It forms new neurons in the part of the brain that is for memory and learning, emotional regulation and stress response! It's weird because it's not like a high, but it does feel like you're able to "float above the water" without any sort of effort, so it's really nice!
I was just thinking how I'm surrounded by Muses, the plants, the trees, the rain, every person has beauty! The children playing, the group of friends laughing. The homeless people wandering, the vile people who make others suffer, my heart is open to the thought of peace upon them without even trying! And the bad stuff in my life is not like a loud trumpet/hammer banging away. It's hard to describe, and the dark thoughts I had just seem absolutely silly.
Sounds very hippy like but it is healthy for the brain 😅 it's funny because if you focus you can really feel the brain healing itself. Lions mane is the best mushroom 🤣 Simply for how impactful it is in the brain. Very different from other medicinal mushrooms like chaga, reishi, turkey tail etc.
I think every human should be taking Lions Mane. Not many things in nature literally repair the brain, but not only repair but create new neurons as well, which is just incredible. Neuroprotective and neuroregenerative! If you have a brain, help it out a bit! It goes under a bit of stress in life and could use a bit of a boost 😉
I could literally go on and on about Lion's Mane, if you haven't tried it yet, give this one a try. It's strong! I had a taco, took one capsule and ate another taco. I'll update this in a while to see how things go, but yeah.
