When it came out in Ireland, this book received some attention. The idea of a priest and a woman in an affair was still very much taboo. Now 10 years have passed and much muddy water has passed under the bridge. For me, it it the Calvino aspect of some of his stories such as "easter" that I would love him to follow. The world should beg this man to bring out another book. His first collection of poems in over 10 years is also worth everyones attention, fantastic ideas, fantastical language, for the most human of literary hearts.
