This disc features 5 of Smith's most recent animated shorts, including his first film "Drink" as well as "Delivery", "Handshake", "Moving Along", and the most recent short film "Puppet". Smith has had several films on the "Spike and Mikes" festival of animation collections, as well as "Avoid Eye Contact" animation collections. If you are a fan of traditionally drawn animation, this disc is for you!

Liquid Tales is a definitive compilation of five of

Patick Smith's films, including his latest animated

short, Puppet. The power behind his films comes from

the emotional charge of his unique characters. With

the fluidity of his animations, Liquid Tales is an

excellent place to experience his classic style of

hand drawn characters that come to life, morph, and

stretch in a way that only Patrick Smith could bring

to us. This is a great accomplishment and if you value

beautiful, funny and at times, dark animation, this

DVD comes highly recommended.
