"Listening To My Body is a great read for parents, teachers and kids. This wonderfully written and colorfully illustrated book helps children to identify their bodily responses, sensations and feelings. Thus helping kids find ways to calm themselves, focus and express what they need. And, these lessons are presented in ways that both the child and adult reader can practice the skills!" I also got My Incredible Talking Body and the illustrations and text is more suited to little kids (3-5yo). I also have some issues with that book but it is soooo much better than this one.
I highly recommend this books. It makes a great read aloud to share with children, students, parents and teachers. This book should be in libraries, classrooms and homes!
