If it was well written I might have enjoyed it. After all, who doesn’t need a reminder to attentively listen? But so much of the book is devoted to Julia Cameron the saleswomen: promoting her ideas, her books, her life, her importance. It gets a little tedious.
If you enjoy daytime talk shows or are new to the self-improvement genre then you may benefit from this book. The rest of us may safely pass.
