The biggest mistake is that this purse comes with no strap. The company doesn’t have anything available to buy to make this into a crossbody. This is definitely a purse organizer and not intended to carry as purse alone. The material reminds me of my kids winter jackets. I’m not impressed, was looking for a stand alone bag. I’d never pay this for just an organizer.

Might be useful for younger person but I found it much too bulky and heavy. Light was bright when I finally found out how to put it on, would be useful on a long haul night flight. Too big to transfer between purses, only good for use in large totes.

Light won’t turn on

Love the size and the number of inside and outside pockets but the light won’t turn on. There was no plastic tab to remove from the battery compartment like the instructions stated. Now I’m wondering if the batteries are dead or if the light is defective I would hate to buy new batteries and the light still doesn’t work.

Yup, it’s expensive but worth it. I have purchased other, cheaper purse inserts but this one is everything I always wanted the others to be. The light is perfect and illuminates the interior just right to find what you need. Plenty of pockets to separate everything & even some that zip & “hide” by blending into the interior fabric. Perfect for stashing that extra cash for a “just in case” moment.

Lining tearing away in a band new/unused bag

I received my LittBag today. At first I thought I would like it very much (nice appearance, good size/holding capacity, etc.). But, sadly, as I was filling it up, I noticed that a 4" section of the beige lining was torn away from the black interfacing at the top of the bag. (Looks as if the seam fabric was trimmed too close to the stitching.) Not good for having no use whatever. I worry that even if it is replaced, the materials/and quality are insufficent, and it will only fall apart in the same or a similar way in a short time. Not sure whether to bother trying a replacement or if I should just get a refund. Very disappointing, indeed.

Light doesn’t work

Really disappointed the light doesn’t work. I replaced the batteries and still no luck. It’s a shame as I was planning to buy a few as Christmas presents and this first purchase was to test it out.

I paid $91.99 for this purse after I returned it I received $64.39 please tell me why.

I will never deal with this company again, I purchased this bag as a present to my wife. She did not like it because it was too big to fit in her purse. I returned it and after paying $91.99 I only received $64.39 in return.
I would call that a rip off. Sorry to be this rude.
