I don't know if all the claims about the various essential oils used in aromatherapy are always as "potent" [as true] as they are sometimes claimed to be, but for sure it is in general a useful and gentle therapy.
If used internally one should be well aware of the dangers..........only for experts!
Kathi Keville wrote a very nice book!
