This was a good purchase and I wish I had bought it sooner. I will put it in my annual re-read list to keep it always fresh and top of mind.
I would like to see an appendix which answers the title; how not to be your own worst enemy. Great information is presented but we are left having to build our own process around this information to become better... sadly, the main reason we read is to receive assistance with the process, not just knowledge.
