All three really enjoyed painting the unicorn and fairy figurines, and had a fairly easy and enjoyable time planting the wheatgrass seed and decorating the garden with the colorful rocks and glitter. The miniature fairy house that comes with the kit is charming. And my kids love the nightlight feature. Overall, this kit is a little higher quality than other fairy gardens we have purchased from Amazon, with the addition of the figurines and fairy nightlight.

Purchased as a Christmas Gift for a 5-year-old granddaughter. She loved it the moment she opened it, and it just kept getting better! She decorated and planted it the next morning, and I got the attached pic 10 days later. I was amazed, and she was beyond happy! Of course, it also withered about 10 days after that, but there are plenty of seeds, and she'll try again later. She is, after all only 5 -- with an age appropriate attention span. But she'll 'discover' it again later, and be just as happy. I won Christmas with this one!

My 7 years old daughter was so excited about this fairy garden kit but unfortunately, the kit doesn't include an acrylic paint set and a paintbrush. She was disappointed that it's not a complete set. She didn't want to reorder it and wait for it again so I just let her play with it. I'm not happy with my purchase because I didn't get what I paid for.

This was a fun activity to do with my daughter. Absolutely everything you need for it is in the box, and the instructions are very helpful and thorough. I liked the bright, vibrant paint colors, and the unicorn and fairies are so cute! My daughter loved painting them and plays with them every day. The gems, fairy house, and star glitter to decorate with were a BIG hit too. And the grass started growing in only two days! I can’t wait to see how it looks with the little lights once the grass is all grown.

My only complaints were that the paint didn’t dry very quickly—like it took several days for my daughter to be able to start playing with the fairies, and even then the paint was still a little sticky. Also, the bowl cracked down the side within the first few minutes of using it.

Overall, this was a fun activity, and my daughter loves checking on her fairy garden every day! Great product that would make a great gift.

They all loved the many paint color options and that there were four different things to paint. She loves checking on it each day and can’t wait to decorate it more once the grass is fully grown and is already planning on keeping it in her room and using it as a night light.
I loved that it came with everything included (even the spray bottle!) and such great quality! A great easy way to use their creativity and keep them interested for weeks to come!
