There was a fraction of irrelevant detail in the book, but overall a good read. Nothing too much happens on a dramatic level but Seb and Apollo are both such likeable characters that the lack of real drama doesn't matter.
I think I would have liked our rock star being shown as a rock star, with adoring fans, maybe a charity show, or a radio interview.
I was given an ARC in the hopes of an honest review.
Kindle Edition –
Sebastian hit the big time but in doing so he lost sight of the people important to him. He is at the bottom drinking himself to forget in a cheap hotel. When he hears what sounds like a young boy in trouble. When he pounds on the door and threatens to call the cops, he meets AJ a young male prostitute. Feeling like helping AJ will some how redeem himself. He gives him shelter for the night and sends him on his way in the morning with a check to help him start over and a business card to get a job. Neither of them realizing that fate is not done with them. Five years later they meet again at some mutual friends not knowing that their lives have crossed paths but never joining until now. They don’t understand what draws them to each other, they just know that it hurts too much to be apart. This story tells you of two broken men that need to be together to be whole. It’s a gentle, loving, frustrating, sensual journey for Sebastian and Apollo. Worth reading again and again.
I loved reading this book, it has a little something for everyone's tastes.
Little Infinities is a story about love, discovering one another with quirks and all, spending time and doing what you love (wink) with your soulmate (read the blurb, people! It's HEA).
I also liked how the characters were developed, not by insisting or overly describing their background stories, but by allowing the reader to catch a glimpse here and there and become emotionally attached to Apollo and Sebastian, just like they became attached to each other.
I got teary eyed and laughed with the characters and I can't wait to read the next book in the series!
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
