About the Author
A dynamic, in-demand public speaker, trainer and coach, Singer has the unique ability to get people and organizations to shake up the status quo, change behaviors and achieve unprecedented results. Spanning 20 countries on five continents his clients range from Fortune 100 companies to small business owners, entrepreneurs, sales teams and just regular folks while his programs touch hundreds of thousands of people globally each year. He applies the same tried and true principals that work for big corporations and successful entrepreneurs to the Business of Everyday Life helping individuals hungry for greater success.
As one of Robert Kiyosakis original Rich Dad Advisors, Singer imparts two of the most critical skills and elements for success in business (and in life): being able to sell your idea, dream or concept and to build a great team to deliver it. His unique slant however is that the road to success is paved through personal development and knowing how to overcome the limitations and obstacles that arise both personally and within groups.
He is the author of three best-selling books: SalesDogs: You Don't Have to be an Attack Dog to Explode your Income; The Team Code of Honor, and his latest book, "Little Voice Mastery: How to Win the War Between Your Ears in 30 seconds or Less ? and Have an Extraordinary Life!".
Singer is co-founder and CEO of SalesPartners Worldwide, a dynamic sales and personal growth training company deployed in over fifteen countries made up of professional mentors and business builders who work one-on-one with businesses and corporations to help them achieve double-digit growth in any economy.
Around the world, he is considered the ?teacher of teachers in the world of personal development training and business education having created hundreds of training programs and trained thousands of individuals worldwide to replicate their expertise using his unique brand of high impact teaching methodology.
?While working with Blair we increased our insurance premium sales by over 600 million
dollars while more than doubling our recruiting efforts...
-Jason Tyne, World Financial Group
Blair Singer is a great communicator, a great teacher and a great human being. Like he says, when it comes to winning, its all about mastering your ?Little Voice."
-Robert Kiyosaki, Rich Dad Poor Dad, author, teacher and entrepreneur

Being second edition and having a 4.5 rating from 77 reviews, you'd think this would be a pretty good book to read. Well, it's not.
Thank goodness I bought it used and paid less than $3.
I wanted to give a 1-star review but gave the text 2 because people of average intelligence or less will like the author's eighth-grade writing level and twelfth-grade advice. Maybe the book deserves 3 stars for the sake of that audience. (I'm trying to write a fair and useful review here.)
For people with above-average intelligence, you'd do much better-getting hold of a copy of W Timothy Gallwey's The Inner Game of Work. He's the author of the classic The Inner Game of Tennis. I would recommend the former though since it reflects his later and more advanced thinking on the subject.
The Inner Game of Work (could have been titled The Inner Game of Life) is much more thoughtful and practical than Little Voice Mastery.
Though I believe Blair Singer sincerely tried to make his book as useful as possible, Gallwey simply has a lot better advice and info to share about conquering that little voice that interferes with our learning, enjoyment, and performance.
This book is written in a very colloquial manner whose simplicity beholds brilliant ideas that gives results immediately.
Every second you spend through the pages, is a second of a well investment to yourself, to your every day life.
Some paragraphs might be repetitive for the acute mind; but some others are delightful to read them over and over.
This book is a MUST to every person who walks the path of self transformation to a higher self.
Mr. Singer's tone and style is never preachy, but instead supportive and empathetic. He is open about his own struggles with managing his little voice. It is obvious from his success, that he has learned to manage it very well.
This is one of the easiest books to read and implement so unlike in the past I have got past page 10 and am still taking action on a daily basis I could recommend this book more highly.
