This supplement uses the adaptogenic and nootropic properties of mushrooms to support better focus, memory, and help reduce the affects of stress. While this is a blend of mushrooms, lion’s mane is the mushroom with the highest concentration. After taking this supplement for a couple of weeks, I was able to notice a minor improvement in these areas, but more so in the focus and memory aspects than coping with stress.The supplement comes as a cellulose capsule that is of an average size and I thought easy to swallow. There isn’t a lot of odor or taste to them. I experienced no side affects or allergic reactions from taking this supplement. With being manufactured in an NSF and GMP certified facility with third party testing, the quality of this supplement seems to match my experience with taking them.
