Thanks for taking the time to check out my author page. A few years ago I began a journey of creativity. I’ve been preaching for almost a decade now, so I’m used to writing sermons on a weekly basis. But I had not really thought about the idea of writing a book. I’m glad that I did. I hope you enjoy what I’ve created. If you ever have any questions or would like to talk, please let me know. Some interesting details about myself.

I once ate a two-pound donut! Yep. I don’t know if I would recommend it, however. Eat at your own risk.

I once had a couple of fitness photos in a book called Mind and Muscle published by Human Kinetics. It was right after college when I was working at a Gold’s Gym. They need a few people to be in the book, and they asked. I was so thrilled to take part in it.

I was in a commercial while at the University of Illinois. I was riding my bike on campus. I think it was a commercial about the University. I can’t remember. I need to go back and watch it again.

When I read I like to take notes in the front of the book. I will write down page numbers, quotes, or ideas I get from the book. Then I can go back and focus on those things.

I like to focus on an author and read all of their books. It allows me to get a better sense of the author, and to get as much insight as possible.
