A workaholic that can’t keep still, in her ‘real’ life, she’s a Certified Public Accountant who dreams of writing sexy books all day long. When she isn’t working, she’s reading, writing, mommying and being a wifey to the love of her life. She lives in New York, and is still putting pen to paper. "In the short time I'd known him, he had burrowed his way into my heart and shattered all my make-shift walls."

Live Me is the heart-breaking tale of Evangalina, a young woman who flees home for college hoping to escape the nightmare she's been living.

This poor girl is so weighed down with trouble, but she's not willing, or able, to let anyone in, thinking she can get through it all on her own. Thinking she doesn't deserve good in her life because of what has happened to her. This was so very frustrating to me, as she had a wonderful guy right there willing to help her with whatever she needed. There was so much push and pull on her part, I just wanted her to open herself up to Blake! He is so amazing and swoon-worthy, as much as my heart ached for Eva it ached equally for him.

Oh how the emotions tugged at me with this book. So many ups and downs, so much angst and turmoil. But there are some really beautiful moments as well, between Blake and Eva, and Eva and her best friend Jace. You can't help but feel for Eva, and want her to find a way out of the darkness that has been enveloping her.

This may not be an easy read for some, as it does deal with a very heavy and hard subject matter. Celeste was very careful in her handling of it, she did a wonderful job presenting it in a truthful and heartfelt manner.

I'm so anxious for the conclusion to this story, Celeste needs to get on it ASAP!

I don't even know where to begin this review. Live Me is such an emotional ride...Celeste made me feel so many emotions throughout this book as well as made me feel like I was actually in the book with the characters watching it all unfold. I have not read a book that wrecked me like this one in a really long time. Although it may seem like a lengthy book and the start isn't a "shot gun" start, I very much feel that everything contained in it is necessary to be able to get into Eva's head and see/feel what it is that controls her. Without all of it, I'm afraid Live Me would have fallen flat.

If you're looking for an emotionally raw, no holds book, pick this one up and read it. You won't be sorry you did. In fact, if you're like me, you may never be the same again. Well done Celeste, well done!

I couldn't help but love Eva's best friend Jace as well as Jessie and Sandra. Those two girls I feel helped Eva in so many ways. Jace is so funny and I actually found myself laughing out loud a few times at the things he said.

Blake is such an amazing guy with such a huge heart and I'm so glad he was so persistent. I think he was able to heal parts of Eva that she thought were long gone. I also think Eva needed to just calm the heck down and stop pushing everybody away that wants to help and love her.

Damon....well, lots of bad words go through my head when I think of him. What a jerk and not just for what happened with Eva but for the way he treats Abby. I so wish Blake would have laid into him with more then words!

I am so thankful that Blake was there in the end to find Eva and bring her back, even if she didn't want to be brought back. I, however, don't like the way things were left with them. I can't wait for book 2 to see what happens between them in the very end!

I am blown away. This book is the debut novel for Celeste Grande, and if this first novel is any indication, you can bet there will be many more amazing things to come. LIVE ME is a heartbreakingly stunning story of a harsh reality and the journey after the breaking. This story is tragic and beautiful, leaving you reeling from what you know and what you don’t.
After doing a mini rave above about Celeste and this book, I want to start off and say I kind of hate her right now (in the most loving away possible). This book was raw, something I loved and appreciated, but DAYUM, that ending… I had no idea that there was another book and when I hit the end I was frantic for more. I needed to know what happened, especially with the way things ended. It was an evil genius move on Celeste’s part and you can bet I will be stalking her social media attempting to get a glimpse of what is to come.

Let’s talk characters. This story is stocked full of them. The friends that surround Blake and Eva are solid and endearing, a group of people with such fun and vibrant personalities. They being as surface level interactions and move deeper into the story, adding more to what is happening. My favorite was Luca. He is the best! Eva trusts only one person with all of who she is and Luca is it. He is a zinger, constantly making me laugh and wishing he was a real person so I can hang out with him. Each person mentioned within the story has a level of influence over the two main lovebirds and it shows in a great way. We see their effect their friends and family have on who Eva and Blake are in the story and it allows the reader to appreciate their role.

Eva is quite the complicated character.

This was a really great book. Evangelina Ricci is a beautiful woman that has been stuck in nightmare for far too long and she finally gets some freedom from that. She goes away for college and hopes to put her nightmare behind her but you can't run from these things. She meets Blake Turner and she feels compelled toward him but she does everything to push him away. Blake does everything he can to get her to be with him in any capacity he can.

Eva is beautiful and she loves her family completely but she's been trapped in hell for years now. She feels like she can't share with her family and that if it ever comes to light, her life will be over. Her best friend, Jace, is the only one that knows and he's done everything he can to be there for her. He even goes off to college with her even though it isn't what he wants but he loves her enough to do that. She has built up personas of herself for others so she doesn't ever let them see how broken she feels. She even has a made up boyfriend to try to keep the guys away. There is something about Blake that draws her in and he's such a wonderful person.

Blake is gorgeous and he will do anything for his Angel. He's wonderful from the start and he will do anything for Eva. He will even just be her friend if that is the only way he can be with her. His love for her has no bounds. He has his own problems - his father requires him to be a lawyer and he's a pretty horrible man. Blake loves his mother and sister enough and puts up with it for his family.

Definitely worth reading. Now I have to wait for the continuation of this story.
