Further this book is VERY good about identifying the problems and root causes of motives, but it spends very, very little time on good "solutions" and is not very practical on *changing* your motives. It's given at the end - almost as an afterthought. So, just go into it realizing this will strongly help you identify the roots of the problems in areas of your life. But, you will have to go further and deeper for insight into accurate, theological solutions.
