    Great behind the scenes Chucky film directed by a young woman who grew up around all these insane individuals😂. The personal nature adds to her excellent job directing. Movie came fast with a nice slipcover. A must for Child’s Play fans and all key people sit for interviews. Huge Brad Dourif fan since Cuckoos nest and his daughter is a chip off the block. She will hopefully continue in his shoes and keep Chucky with us for another 30 years. This gives a look at the next generation of Chuckys legacy.

La ragazza che ha creato questo documentario è la figlia di Tony Gardner, un uomo talentuoso che lavora nella 'cerchia' di Chucky dal 4º film della saga, se non ricordo male... Una gran parte del documentario tratta di tutta questa gente che lavora ai film da tanto tempo e che proprio 'per colpa di Chucky' si sono persi momenti importanti delle loro famiglie tipo anniversari, compleanni ecc... Ma in tutta onestà, a chi interessa? Alla fine è un lavoro che non vi costringe nessuno a fare e dopo che avete finito c'è comunque un guadagno! Sarò io, ma proprio non sopporto la gente ricca che si lamenta, soprattutto quando hanno così tanti soldi da poter ritirarsi giovani e star bene economicamente fino alla fine dei loro giorni 🤦🏻‍♂️ Alla fine è un documentario che sfrutta il nome di Chucky proprio per essere acquistato dai fan che magari vedono il faccione della bambola sulla cover e pensano di scoprire nuove informazioni o cose così, ma purtroppo non è questo il caso. Se volete degli ottimi documentari delle icone horror andate altrove, Crystal Lake Memories (documentario della saga di Venerdì 13) che dura ben SEI ore, o Never Sleep Again (documentario della saga di Nightmare) che dura quattro ore, ma questo non lo consiglierei neanche ai fans più accaniti.

    The documentary starts off interestingly dealing with each part of the series but then gets overly sentimental about how the crew and cast are a big family and that drags on for some 15 minutes. I agree with another review saying this could have been a DVD extra feature but it IS nice enough to be a DVD / blu-ray on it's own.

    This was finished when the first season of the series was just announced so unfortunately the stars from the series are left out.

    All in all this could have been better but I certainly don't regret buying the blu-ray !
