Terrible customer service from delivery person

I have a complaint about my shipping of this product. I love the product itself , and I hate to drop this in your lap if this is an inappropriate place, but the Amazon shipping was awful, The delivery woman was rude and uncooperative , hung up on me and left my package sitting on my step even after explicit directions ( written on my door a note and spoken verbally to her when she called) not to. and I’m having trouble figuring out who to report this woman to . This may not be your issue but if you have any idea how I can contact the right person about this terrible customer service I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance and I apologize for the negativity. I am just very disappointed about having an expensive product just left out on the street for anyone to steal .

Not sure if this product is still being made, but I hope so. It's healthy, non dairy, and tastes nice in coffee. The seller was very good as well. Excellent alternative to milk for toddlers (and adults too!)

We switched to hemp when my milk supply dried up (daughter was 15 months old at the time, and she's 19 months now). She loves the taste. We can give it to her cold or heated. Before we found hemp milk, we tried cow's and goat's milk, which gave her a diaper rash. We tried rice milk too, but there are so many natural sugars in rice milk, so she was pooping more and therefore more prone to a rash. We haven't had any issues with the hemp milk (note that we only give her the unsweetened original kind, which has ZERO sugars). It's expensive, but worth it for the health benefits. Amazon has the best price by far, if you do the subscribe and save option. We go through a case about every 3 weeks. One carton fills about 3.5 8-oz bottles, and she usually drinks two bottles per day. Living Harvest is the only brand I've found online or in stores that has the unsweetened original version. All the other brands or varieties have sugars.

Ok so first order got destroyed during shipment. Reordered and it came frozen solid. When I use it I shake vigorously but product comes out looking curdled, but I believe it’s just the high omega fatty acid content making the natural oils congeal. So I’m not happy to use it on cereal but seems fine in the vitamix smoothies I make. Overall a good product but maybe the freezing of it did something. Once you open it use it soon as it doesn’t hold up well after that for very long.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Tempt & Amazon. My local WF stopped selling this great product. I use it daily & drink it plain because it tastes so good and I don’t want to use dairy at all. I’m not that into the other alternatives (almond trees are notorious water guzzlers yet are grown in the desert areas of California).
