It truly is the greatest treasure ever given to man! But Many with the backgrounds of pride and privilege will not be able to see it. God is just and everyone will be made aware and have a chance to choose. Mike's book opens up the times we live in relation to Gods plan. I'm going to start over and read it again.

Too conservative for me but still a good read.

This book was a bit too conservative for my taste. However, with that said, some topics and issues resonated with me. Particularly the need to seek community in a world that is lonelier than ever even though we have more technology than we know what to do with was a very important point. I also appreciate the author’s stance on the economy. We seem to forget how much debt we have accumulated over the years and how it’s going to kick us in the rear end very hard at a critical time. This message cannot be preached enough. I also noticed the author gets a bad rap for being a right-wing conspiracy theorist who is a bit frustrating. Just because someone appears as a guest on Alex Jones’ show does not make him a conspiracy theorist. Additionally, just because you disagree on certain issues with an individual doesn’t make them a facist or a right-winger either. It’s extremely frustrating how polarized our country has become among people with varying points of view.

This was a very easy, enjoyable read. The biblical references were fantastic and really hit home a few times simular to listening to a really good sermon on multiple life topics. I wish more of Michales online articles included more of his biblical knowledge however I do understand the need to appeal to a broader audience. I have read Michael's blog since the middle of the last recession after doing a Google search on the economic collapse and it was very nice to get to know the writer more through this book and see his convictions. Now I will point out a negative, their were a couple of chapters that felt miss placed, copied and pasted from his blog articles, though important articles it felt those two sections were rushed, off topic and unnecessary as the rest of this book brilliantly dealt with as the title says living a life that really matters. That being said, I greatly enjoyed this book and I can say after reading it I have become a better person, and I think it does exactly what Michael intended it to do. I thank the good Lord and Michael for that

Wonderful book! It has already made a profound difference in my life. Michael writes about the things that are important in our daily lives and how, by turning your life back towards God, you can make positive and meaningful changes in your life. He is an insightful author that writes in a clear and engaging manner. He obviously is a man of profound faith. I am buying multiple copies as gifts for friends and relatives. I will be re-reading this amazing book!
