Dan Williams (Master Dan) has been actively engaged in the real time M/s community for over a decade. He is the leader of the Leather tribe House Metta and is part of a number of M/s based groups (locally and nationally). He is also an active participant in the Recovery in the Lifestyle group, a 12 step program for those recovering from the disease of addiction and alcoholism and has been ‘clean and sober’ for over 20 years. He can often be found leading RitL meetings at major events across the United States. He is proud to represent the Great Lakes region as the 2010 GLLA Master title holder. He is also a Buddhist, a bit of a geek, and an enthusiast of live action mock combat games. Dawn Williams (slave dawn) has been actively engaged in the real time M/s community for over a decade along with her Master, actively supporting a number of M/s based groups and House Metta. She is also a licensed and ordained interfaith clergy and has presided over dozens of ceremonies and rituals for the alternative community. She has facilitated a number of spiritual and energy groups across Ohio, as well as run numerous classes on sacred sexuality. She has mentored and counseled a great number of people to assist in helping them realize their full potential. She has won a number of awards for her work, most recently Educator of the Year (PRSCO). She happily represents the Great Lakes thirteen state region with her Master as the 2010 GLLA slave title holder. She has recently returned to college to earn a degree in psychology to further her passion for helping others, specifically in the alternative communities.

This is a fairly short book, but it's packed full of valuable information. As a 's' in a M/s relationship myself I especially appreciated the section on mindfulness, something that can be lost as we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life.
I definitely reccomend this book to anyone with an interest in power exchange relationships.
