Well...I've found it with this thought-provoking book! It's written a way that you cannot help but get dragged into the 'now' and start appreciating life and the people and things around you so much more. Highly recommended for both people who are just interested in what mindfulness is through to those who already know a lot about how beneficial living a more mindful life is.
Since I am looking for ways now to support other people do the same, I wanted to find books to make it easier, lighter for them.
This little booklet contains mindful messages for the everyday use, you can randomly open the book, read and take to heart the one that pops up. That one can become your "mantra" for the day.
Simply wonderful, worth every penny (cent).
I personally let it fall open at a random page each morning to give me something positive, uplifting, and mindful to focus on during that day. Definitely a worthwhile addition to any mindfulness collection!
