Directions

Add 1 package (10 oz.) We-Pac Lo mein egg noodles to 6 quarts of boiling water (salt and oil are not needed), cook for 4 minutes or until it reaches desired tenderness, drain well, toss with olive oil and serve with your favorite dish.Basic stir-fry with Lo mein egg boodles:1. Heat small amount of oil in wok and cook sliced garlic before it turns brown.2. In same wok, add your favorite vegetables and meat with sauce, stir fry till done.3. Combine cooked Wel-Pac Lo mein egg noodles with stir fry, mix until well heated and serve. Wel-Pac Lo Mein Egg Noodles are also great in soup or salad!!!

I have a habit of buying random things on Amazon while sleeping. I was not disappointed with this sleep purchase. At first I was surprised with myself because I don’t care for Chinese food, but these noodles were definitely worth it. Now that I have six pounds of delicious lo mein to enjoy, I will be looking for some new recipes.

I'm a fan. The texture is on point (i only boiled it for 3-4 min since I still had to cook it in sauce). It is not shaped like your common lo-mein noodles like you get from you local Chinese food take out. I care more about the taste than shape, and it captured the taste I like. (side note: add a very little of sesame oil to keep it from sticking together, use a little, unless you like your food oily)

When I'm too lazy to make the sauce, i just order a side of brown sauce from my local chinese food take out, and its cheap.

I wish i could find this locally to save a few bucks. Im still testing other brands, so i will update accordingly :)

More like a mia fun noodle very thin and fragile. Too delicate to make a true egg noodle dish with a restaurant flare. True egg noodles should be long and fat and with a square edge. You will not enjoy it if looking for what you had last night for dinner at your local Chinese Place... Stay Away oh and hey there is a no return on this product.... FIGURES!!!! Retired Chef..

for about 10 years trying to get the type that taste like and have the texture of the ones used in a Chinese restaurant. These are the first ones that cook and store the way I wanted. I Love lo-mein and was tired of "making do" with linguini in my recipes. I insisted there was a difference. I could not find the LoMein noodles anywhere locally so Amazon to the rescue. I had searched high and low for chinese lo mein, I was convinced these would be coming from China. Imagine my total amusement when I received these and the first thing I read is "Product of Australia".. Still laughing as I enjoy my Chinese LoMein noodles. (almost time to reorder)
